Supportive Home Care Services
Brooke Industries, Inc. Supportive Home Care (SHC) is committed to providing high-quality home care that enhances the lives of our members and supports their well-being. We provide personalized services to children, adults and seniors in Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Sheboygan and Winnebago counties. Services include bathing assistance, companionship, errands, housekeeping, laundry, meal planning & preparation and medication reminders.
Transportation Services
Brooke Industries, Inc. provides transportation for individuals to and from onsite programming, addresses a common barrier to employment by assisting individuals in gaining access to their job sites, and provides safe and reliable transportation for individuals to independently or semi-independently complete their daily living tasks in the greater community, such as banking, groceries, hair appointments, laundry, medical appointments, etc.
Ambulatory and non-ambulatory services are available from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
