Not long ago, one of our long-time customers approached us with a request. They were in the process of implementing a new software program that would streamline their inventory and shipping processes. In order to utilize this program for the products we package for them, could we make some changes to the way we communicate with them? We now electronically inform them of the items we have used that week, what was sent on every shipment, and what inventory we will need for the following week.
